"I really liked our first meeting with Jenny and how she came over to our house for a couple of hours to answer questions. She was never pushy and I never felt like I was getting worked over with some kind of salesperson-psychology. In other words, I personally found Jenny to be an all-around friendly and easy-going person which was comforting throughout the sometimes stressful process. A few other things that stand out about the whole experience: - Jenny produced comps that justified listing the house for more than the minimum I was expecting and ultimately got the house sold also for more than the minimum I had hoped for. - Her firm was up-to-date in the "digital" sense and had the house listed on all the major sites quickly; the official sales presentation through the company website (customized to our specific house) was pretty slick as well - She got us to stage our house so the professionally produced pictures would come out/came-out just awesome - She asked about communication preferences and was easily reachable through text messages/email - She was strategic: she knew when to out-right pass and when to counter the counter-offers A little more on the last point - nearing the end of the time-table we had hoped to sell, I wanted to just accept an offer (below the listing price, but still above my hoped-for minimum). She encouraged countering the counteroffer and it was accepted. If I were selling again in her area I would seek her out again. And P.S. Thanks again for the baby presents! Good luck Jenny!
